Sapien eNVD

Sapien eNVD is for Livestock producers to create National Vendor Declarations. The Sapien eNVD app creates electronic declarations for submission to the MLA eNVD and NLIS database. The Sapien eNVD app prompts you to answer the National Vendor Declaration questions and saves them ready for submission. You will require an active NLIS username and password to lodge your eNVD.
