This is a launcher shortcut to open Samsung S-Finder. If you would like to open S-Finder from your home screen or use an xposed module to launch it from home key long press, this allows you to do so. This does not do anything by itself. Just a launcher for S-Finder, will only work on a Samsung Rom where S-Finder is installed.
