Proxyme ( proc-zahym ) is a development support tool, providing a method to gain privileged access without having to run a permanently \'rooted\' phone. Proxyme is supported in (stock) firmware images, which have it included by default. This means that if your phone includes Proxyme by default or when it has been factory reset, then it should work properly.
