Proxi - proximity (screen off) app launcher

Proxi is a service that monitors the proximity sensor. When the screen is on and the sensor detects proximity, an sound notifies the start of an delay. If the proximity still exists after this delay, the selected app is launched. Any non-system app can be chosen.
