GCM (Push Notification) Tester

Sends a test Gcm message to verify Google Cloud Messaging is setup and working properly. Requires Google Cloud Messaging API to be enabled through the Developer Console. Works on a device or emulator to act as a GCM server. REQUIRES: API Key - received after enabling Google Cloud Messaging through the Developer Console.
