Desktop Hub for Samsung DeX

This does not give you DeX mode! You need a DeX enabled device with a USB-C to Display output adapter. 2020 Upgrade Pack requires USB debugging to be enabled in the devices developer settings before running the configuration. Once complete you can disable USB debugging.
