App allows citizens to book tab and track tests for obtaining licenses from their smart phones. Those wishing to apply for a learners license can book a tab test while those who are ready to obtain the regular license can book the track test. To book time slots for any of these tests, the user has to first select location at which he or she wants to take the test.
