ipmb activities starting from maintaining the facilities list, scheduling of inspections, assigning of teams to inspect, performing the inspections at site and all the way to printing reports at office to be managed in the system. Also it should avoid unnecessary paper usage. The users should be encouraged to use the system by helping in their day to day operations.
