You need a 7. 0. X+ Custom ROM with OMS Commits or 8. 0 or 8. 1 AOSP based rom and SUBSTRATUM THEME ENGINE to use this theme. Stock 7. X is not supported at this moment. Doesnt work on OnePlus, oppo, vivo, samsung stock roms. March Security Patch has broken Substratum support. Please check this link before a negative review.
