Clearpitch

Clearpitch is a chromatic pitch pipe that has the features you need and is easy to use. You can blow in the microphone to play sound like a real pitch pipe! It supports four entire octaves. The pitch is always perfectly accurate and easy to hear because it is generated in-app. You can change the pitch tuning (A=440) a half step up or down.
