Raw food diet is the consumption of unprocessed, uncooked organic foods. Raw food is quite literally honest food for it still contains life force, water, oxygen, unaltered vitamins and minerals and much more. Scientifically speaking, food that has not been heated above 48 degrees centigrade is classified as raw food.
