The PBA Mobile App is available for all Paychex Benefit Account subscribers. To access the app for the first time, follow these steps to obtain the unique mobile user name/password combination, which is stored for you within your online account: 1. Log on to the Paychex Flex web portal. 2. Select Benefits Account to get to the Paychex Benefit Account Home page.
