This project is a partnership between "Agrupamento de Escolas Manuel Teixeira Gomes", the Port Authorities of Portimão, the Hydric Resources Administration of the Algarve, the Town Hall of Portimão, the Parish Council of Portimão, the "Rotary Clube da Praia da Rocha", the "Praia da Rocha" beach dealers and the "Hospital Particular do Algarve".
