Maharashtra shikshan Prasarak Manal was founded in 24 February 1995. Under this Banner Paramount Convent the first school of the society was founded in 10 March 1995 due to the untiring efforts of the President P. S. Ambatkar, Secretary Mrs. Priti Ambatkar and other members of Maharashtra Shikshan Prasarak Mandal. This School is recognized by the Government Of Maharashtra.
