The Conference Assistant scans the user's calendar and presents the user with a list of their upcoming virtual meetings. For meetings that are hosted on a recognised conferencing service, the user is offered up to 3 participation options. 1) Join from local client, e. G Skype For Business Mobile. 2) Join from a nearby Video Conference device. 3) Join by phone (Audio Only).
