Makhos (Mak-hot, หมากฮอส) is the Thai variant of Checkers/Draughts played on 8x8 board. The game rules are as follows: a) Captures are mandatory. b) King can move forward and backward several squares in a single move. c) Kings stop on the square directly behind the piece captured.
